ServiceSoftwareGuides collects as little as possible. This policy explains what we collect and your choices.

Automatic data
Our host records standard server logs (IP, browser, pages, time) for security and reliability, not to identify individuals.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool) to see which articles are useful, in aggregate. We don't sell analytics data.
Cookies & cookie policy
ServiceSoftwareGuides does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics tool (Plausible) is cookieless, and we don't run ad networks or retargeting pixels. The only cookies involved come from third parties in two situations:
- Affiliate cookies. Some links are affiliate links (see the disclosure). When you click one, the merchant or affiliate network — including networks such as PartnerStack, Impact and Awin — may set a cookie in your browser so that a later sign-up is credited to us. These cookies are set and controlled by those third parties under their own privacy policies; we don't read, store, or have access to them.
- Strictly-necessary local storage. If you respond to our cookie notice, we save your choice in your browser's local storage so we don't show the notice again. This stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Because we set no first-party tracking cookies, blocking them won't break the site — you may just see the cookie notice again.
Contact form
Details you submit through our contact form are used only to reply to you. We don't sell them or add you to any marketing list.
Your rights
Under laws like GDPR and CCPA you may access, correct or delete your data. Email hello@servicesoftwareguides.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 16.
